Stuck in a rut due to summer schedules?
- Ensure 7-8 hours of sleep. Poor sleep brings about hormonal changes leading to weight gain.
- Movement for 10-30 mins a day. It doesn’t have to be strenuous.
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. 64 oz a day minimum is what I recommend unless medical conditions limiting you from doing so.
- Eat lean and healthy. Weigh your protein prior to cooking. Eat your greens.
